We’re looking for a dependable IT Support Specialist to provide responsive technical support and excellent service to computer, phone, and mobile device users across multiple locations. This role troubleshoots technology issues, manages technical assets, supports desktop and network environments, and contributes to infrastructure projects while maintaining MPW’s commitment to safety, innovation, and service.

What You’ll Do

Provide technical support for computers, phones, mobile devices, software, and peripheral equipment across multiple locations.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in person, by phone, and through remote assistance applications.

Install, configure, maintain, and perform minor repairs on hardware, software, and peripheral equipment according to specifications.

Manage assigned support incidents and service requests through the work order tracking system while meeting established service expectations.

Purchase, configure, and deploy computers, networking hardware, mobile devices, and other approved technical equipment.

Manage technical assets throughout their life cycle and follow established inventory policies and procedures.

Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and other resources that improve consistency and end-user support.

Support desktop environments and assist with limited network administration and infrastructure projects as required.

Support users and computing equipment at multiple company locations through both remote and in-person service.

Follow MPW safety procedures and policies, lead by example, think critically about workplace safety, and conduct safety observations.

Participate in the weekly on-call rotation with other IT Support Specialists to provide support coverage as assigned.

Travel as required to support users, equipment, and technology needs at company locations.
What You’ll Need
-
Associate or bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent relevant work experience.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal communication, organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, imaging, networking, wireless technology, TCP/IP, and broadband connectivity.

Strong knowledge of mobile devices and platforms, including iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.

Experience with relevant enterprise technologies is desired, including Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, PowerShell, Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Exchange Online, Microsoft 365/Office 365 Enterprise, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Sophos and Cisco security applications, Cisco Meraki and CradlePoint networking technologies, and ChatGPT Enterprise.
