Part-Time Wraparound Facilitator
Putnam County Family & Children First Council is seeking a motivated and compassionate Part-Time Wraparound Facilitator to support children, youth, and families throughout Putnam County.
The Wraparound Facilitator works directly with families to identify strengths, develop goals, connect to community resources, and coordinate services that help families achieve stability and success. This position focuses on empowering families through a team-based, strengths-focused approach.
Essential Responsibilities
- Meet with children, youth, and families in home, school, and community settings.
- Facilitate family-centered team meetings.
- Assist families in identifying strengths, needs, and goals.
- Connect families with community resources and services.
- Coordinate supports among agencies and service providers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and case records.
- Advocate for families and help remove barriers to success.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children, youth, and families is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with families, schools, and community partners.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass BCI/FBI Background checks.
Schedule
- Part-time position, approximately 16 hours per week.
- Flexible hours.
- Some evening hours may be required to accommodate family schedules.
Compensation & Benefits
- Wage negotiable, based on experience and/or degree.
- Wraparound training provided.
- Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel.
- Contribution to the Ohio School Employees Retirement System (OSERS).
- Position is employed through Dedicated School Staffing.
- This position is not eligible for health insurance or other employee benefits.
