Assistant Clinical Supervisor, Mid-Tier/Program Manager

Hourly Pay Range: $30 – $38 (dependent on experience)

At Inspira Behavior, we are committed to providing comprehensive, home-based ABA services and fostering an environment where our clinicians thrive. As an Assistant Clinical Supervisor, Mid-Tier/Program Manager, you will support client progress, supervise direct staff, and collaborate closely with BCBAs and other professionals. This role is ideal for individuals actively pursuing BCaBA or BCBA certification and seeking meaningful growth opportunities in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

What You’ll Do

Program Support: Assist BCBAs in developing and updating behavior plans, reassessments, graphing, and report writing.
Supervise & Mentor: Train and support behavior technicians, conduct RBT competency assessments, and provide supervision hours as applicable.
Family Collaboration: Deliver parent training using didactic and competency-based methods.
Data & Compliance: Collect IOA and treatment fidelity data, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure utilization of authorized hours.
Scheduling & Administration: Manage a minimum of 30 billable hours per week, complete daily session notes, and plan schedules at least two weeks in advance.
Teamwork: Participate in weekly BCBA meetings and collaborate across disciplines for client success.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Certification: Actively pursuing BCaBA or BCBA certification.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of ABA experience and prior supervisory experience.
Skills: Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities.
Requirements: Reliable transportation, Masters or Masters in progress, TB test, background check, CPR/First Aid certification, immunizations, and ability to meet physical demands of the role.
Passion: Commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
