Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead a high-volume, community-focused restaurant known for its hospitality, quality food, lively atmosphere, and commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.

This is an opportunity for a proven hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong teams, driving sales, and becoming an active part of the local community. We're looking for someone who leads from the floor, sets high standards, and takes pride in developing people and creating an exceptional guest experience every day.

What You'll Do

Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations with a hands-on management style.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop FOH and BOH managers and team members.
Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
Drive sales while managing labor, food cost, inventory, and overall profitability.
Maintain scheduling, payroll, ordering, and inventory controls.
Partner with ownership to execute promotions, community events, and operational initiatives.
Resolve guest concerns professionally while building lasting relationships with regular guests.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company standards.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant.
Experience leading high-volume operations preferred.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proven experience managing P&Ls, labor, food cost, and inventory.
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Ability to thrive during busy lunch, dinner, sports, and event-driven service periods.
Professional, positive, solution-oriented attitude.
Experience with scheduling, POS systems, and restaurant management software.
Food Handler and Responsible Beverage certifications (or ability to obtain).
