Full Job Description

We are hiring an Event Coordinator to become part of our team. The position requires flexible schedule. Lots of opportunity for growth

Job duties include managing all event logistics and executions both for onsite events. Overseeing all the areas of events ensuring client satisfaction. Also pursuing potential clients to book events with us and grow this event center

$22 hourly + commission (To start)

Main Duties/Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Handles events inquiries from phone calls, website, emails, and walk-ins

Provides room availability information and pricing
Site tours with potential clients, both onsite and offsite.
Creates and sends out proposals to clients
Manages event documentation such Event Orders, contracts, custom menus, payments, receipts
Maintains, updates, and tracks event changes
Recording all changes to events and notifying all parties as soon as possible. Generate weekly report of upcoming private events and their statuses to send out to management
Planning event details and aspects, including seating, dining and guests
Creating reliable financial reports and collecting payments on time
Pursuing potential clients door to door

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
