About the Center of Family Love

Center of Family Love (CFL) in Okarche, OK is a faith-based, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides residential and employment programs for adults with intellectual disabilities by cultivating their interests, skills and independence to live creative, productive and joyous lives. We are located 30 minutes west of north Oklahoma City.

Position Overview: The Job Coach Manager is primarily responsible for the training, scheduling, and overall supervision of the Job Coaches at the Center of Family Love.

Job Coaches work at various worksite locations and assist Adults with Developmental Disabilities in their tasks to help them grow in their vocational independence.

Responsibilities:

MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED.
Managing and coordinating the schedules for all Job Coaches, e.g. in the case of a call-in, coordinating with other staff to ensure proper coverage.
Conducts and supervises training for all Job Coaches in their duties and responsibilities to ensure consistent quality for the department and leads the cross-training for all CFL vocational sites.
Primary point of contact for all other questions and concerns from Job Coaches throughout the day related to vocational clients.
Serves as a back-up Job Coach if necessary, including assisting with the transportation of clients.
Assists and teaches clients to advocate for themselves and serve as an advocate when they are unable to advocate for themselves.
Maintains current and accurate documentation based on program/contract requirements.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Department Head.
Protects privacy and confidentiality of information pertaining to the residents, employees, facility information and records.
Maintains safe and secure working environment and practices safe working habits.
Complies with the Center of Family Love attendance policy.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED, Bachelor's preferred
Minimum of three years experience in a related field.
Must have reliable transportation, valid Oklahoma driver’s license, auto insurance as required by the State of Oklahoma
