Full-Time | Oral Surgery Associates of Lansing

Oral Surgery Associates is a 6-doctor, 5-location practice proudly serving patients across the Greater Lansing area, Ionia, and Grand Rapids. We are a fast-paced, patient-centered oral surgery practice seeking a motivated and adaptable Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a medical or dental setting, exhibit pristine customer service skills, and excel at switching between tasks efficiently in a dynamic and high-speed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and professionally at the front desk
Answer incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments across multiple locations
Enter and update patient information accurately in the practice management system
Verify patient insurance prior to appointments and ensure all necessary documentation is obtained
Confirm that all x-rays, referrals, and medical clearances are received and organized in advance of the patient’s visit
Provide exceptional service to patients, referring offices, and team members

Qualifications:

Previous dental or medical office experience preferred
Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with electronic health records and scheduling systems is a plus

Schedule:

Full-time
Monday through Friday
