Job Responsibilities:

Assist with the setup, execution, and teardown of catering events
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests are attended to during events
Serve food and beverages according to established guidelines and presentation standards
Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth event operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas during events
Help with inventory tracking and control during events to reduce waste
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in catering, banquet service, or hospitality preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A professional, customer-focused attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service
An eye for profitability, minimizing waste, and controlling costs during events
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
