Full Job Description

Marketing Manager

Core Responsibilities

Responsibilities described in this section are fundamental to success in this position.

ROI Analysis

Relationship management

Vetting of new tools and vendors

Advertising agency management

Traffic and lead analysis from all sources specific to BMAG dealership locations

Hometown Hero and Patriot Game Partnership liaison with locations and Universities

Individual store budget and Co-op management

Liaison between stores and marketing department for issues with sites, leads, and advertising

Uses personal device to provide an additional layer of security for company network and site access through multi-factor authentication

Conducts overview meetings with managers on eCommerce and website analytics

Assists management in making decisions through data-based reporting

Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

The requirements listed below are the minimum degrees, certifications, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required of this position.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Bachelor’s degree in a related business area preferred

Google Analytic Certification

Previous Marketing/Advertising experience preferred

Experience with Website Design

Experience with Vendor Management

Valid driver’s license without restrictions that affects your ability to operate company owned vehicle(s) and ability to maintain a clean driving record

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines

Ability to set priorities and work independently (remote and/or office environment)

Able to work effectively with internal and external teams, communicating, and participating in a constructive manner

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Data Studio, and Tag Manager

Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure/deadlines

Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency

Demonstrates dependability through good attendance and adherence to timeliness and schedules

Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to take initiative in development and completion of projects

Ability to meet and exceed individual objectives as defined by the Director of Digital Performance
