Dean of Students leadership role requires a student-centered and results-driven educator who is committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-expectation school culture. The ideal candidate will provide behavioral leadership by implementing restorative discipline practices, supporting teachers with classroom management strategies, and fostering student engagement initiatives. Additionally, the Dean of Students will work closely with school leadership to develop and maintain a positive school climate that aligns with the schools academic and behavioral goals. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in educational leadership or a related field is required. Experience is preferred. Candidates who possess the right knowledge, experience, and a strong belief that all students can achieve will be considered.
