Job Overview:

In this role, you’ll work closely with case managers to secure and finalize essential client documentation, assemble comprehensive case packets, and prepare clients for critical consular appointments. With a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to efficiency, your work will directly contribute to building the strongest possible cases for our clients.

What You’ll Do:

Process and finalize new client accounts within a 24-hour timeframe, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start.
Secure all necessary documentation from clients within two weeks through an efficient collection process.
Create and organize client files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
Coordinate and manage external records requests, ensuring timely acquisition of crucial documentation.
Handle client communication efficiently and securely, adhering to established mailing protocols.
Physically assemble case packets, complete final checklists, and ensure cases are mailed promptly.
Schedule and prepare clients for their consular appointments, helping them feel informed and supported.
Conduct necessary research to support case preparation and strengthen case outcomes.
