Full Job Description

Family-owned, commercial-focused community bank with assets in excess of $300MM seeks Loan Operations Coordinator to join its team in Tulsa, OK.

Responsibilities:

Process daily loan payments, advances, lockbox receipts and sweeps.
Reconcile daily loan activity to general ledger.
Input new loans and letters of credit in core system and create and maintain files.
Maintenance existing loans in core system as needed, such as: officer code changes, risk rating changes, code corrections, transaction adjustments, fee waivers, nonaccruals, etc.
Input documentation ticklers and track exceptions.
Process loan modifications, extensions, and deferrals.
Administer all escrow processing, payment of escrowed taxes and insurance. Monthly processing of escrow account analysis.
Compile and distribute loan reports. Assist Loan Officers with system reports as requested

Experience:

Minimum of two years of banking experience. Six months commercial loan operations or loan servicing preferred.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of the loan accounting system, daily reconciliation of loan related general ledger accounts.
Highly professional, exercise good judgment, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication; provide excellent customer service.
Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
