As a leader in eye care, we offer a full range of medical and surgical services for a variety of eye conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration (AMD), diabetic retinopathy, and more. We also provide comprehensive eye examinations and post-surgical care to ensure the best possible visual outcomes for our patients.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Ophthalmologist to join our growing practice and help us continue delivering exceptional patient care.
Position Summary
The Ophthalmologist will provide comprehensive medical and surgical eye care services to patients of all ages. This physician will diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of ocular diseases and conditions while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
Essential Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations and evaluate visual health.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of ophthalmic conditions and diseases.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Perform ophthalmic surgical procedures as appropriate to specialty and experience.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive eye care.
- Coordinate care with optometrists, technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay current with advancements in ophthalmology and participate in continuing education opportunities.
- Contribute to a culture of exceptional patient service, teamwork, and clinical excellence.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology Residency Program.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology.
- Current Oklahoma medical license or ability to obtain licensure.
- Excellent clinical, surgical, and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to providing outstanding patient-centered care.
- Demonstrated commitment to collaboration, professionalism, and contributing to a positive, family-oriented practice culture.
