About Us
At Brain Balance Achievement Centers, we believe every child has incredible potential waiting to be unlocked.
Our personalized, drug-free program is built on the science of neuroplasticity—using physical, sensory, and cognitive exercises to help kids and teens overcome challenges related to behavior, focus, learning, and emotional regulation.
Our approach is different from traditional models. Rather than focusing on managing symptoms, we work to identify and address underlying root causes, allowing families to experience real, lasting breakthroughs—not just short-term improvements.
If you're passionate about helping children and families reach their full potential—and believe there is a better way to create meaningful change—you’re in the right place.
Our Mission
We change the trajectory of each client's life by optimizing Brain Health.
We live out our mission through our core values: Integrity | Aligned | Intentional | Disciplined | Accountable | Solution Focused | Results Oriented | Relational
About the Role
We’re seeking a driven Admissions & Program Director who thrives at connecting with families, guiding them through life-changing decisions, and enrolling students into a program that transforms lives.
This high-visibility leadership position is ideal for someone with experience in sales, admissions, or family advising who is excited to combine consultative selling with meaningful impact—and who is energized by delivering measurable results, inspiring others, and driving center growth.
The Admissions and Program Director plays a key leadership role at Brain Balance, supporting families from their first conversation through the entire program journey.
You’ll engage directly with parents during initial consults, guide them through the enrollment process with clarity, confidence, and conviction, and help them move forward with decisions that can change their child’s trajectory.
This role combines high-level relationship-building with consultative selling, where the ability to listen, connect, and confidently guide families toward a decision is essential.
You will also lead, train, and support the coaching team to ensure students are making progress and experiencing success.
This role is best suited for someone who believes families need more than short-term solutions—and is excited to guide them toward meaningful, lasting change.
This is not a passive or purely support-based role—this position requires confidence, initiative, and a willingness to guide families through important decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial family consultations, sharing program details and confidently guiding families through the enrollment process
- Provide ongoing support to current families, including progress reviews and re-enrollment conversations
- Identify and recommend additional program needs as students progress
- Serve as a trusted advisor to parents, offering insight, encouragement, and direction throughout the program
- Lead and mentor the coaching team to ensure high-quality, consistent program delivery
- Set goals, provide feedback, and maintain momentum within the team
- Facilitate internal training and maintain strong team communication
- Collaborate with the Center Director and staff to create a seamless family experience
- Build relationships with schools and community partners to increase awareness and referrals
- Present program information at events or small group settings when needed
- Maintain organized records of student progress, communications, and operational metrics
What We’re Looking For
- Sales or consultative experience (enrollment, admissions, or parent-facing advising preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to connect quickly and build trust
- Leadership ability with the capacity to coach, inspire, and hold others accountable
- A growth mindset, ambition, and comfort receiving and applying feedback
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding goals in a performance-driven environment
- Strong belief in helping families achieve real, lasting results—not just short-term improvements
- High level of personal ownership, initiative, and follow-through
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- Emotional intelligence and genuine care for families navigating challenges
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, child development, health sciences, or related field
- 3+ years of experience working with children and families in educational, therapeutic, or related settings

- Opportunity for leadership advancement as Brain Balance grows
- A results-driven environment where your performance is recognized and rewarded
