Actively engage customers, provide product information, and offer personalized assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store sales goals by using effective sales techniques and fostering long-term customer relationships.
Stay knowledgeable about current products, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information and serve as a resource to customers.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor by assisting with merchandising, inventory management, and replenishment activities.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point of sale systems while adhering to store procedures for financial transactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and create a supportive, positive work environment.
Participate in training sessions to continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

**Qualifications:**

Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required; we value a strong motivation to learn and succeed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
