Full Job Description

Veterans Health Administrations (VHA) Territory Manager (base + commission)

This Territory Manager will work directly with the EVP of Sales and Service to research the VHA market, identify high potential accounts and pursue and close those accounts so that Tricare and VHA patients receive and benefit from NuLife Med’s “Continuum of Care.” As a Territory Manager, you are responsible for acquiring new MTF/VHA accounts for the Company, on-boarding VHA physicians and staff, establishing the processes and protocols necessary to receive Referral Office approval to facilitate consistent and acceptable claims processing.

Specific responsibilities will also include the following:

v Grow NuLife’s book of business by expanding the Company’s VHA accounts.

v Develop a sales plan specifically for an assigned VHA market.

v Articulate the Company value proposition (and evolve if necessary with executive involvement) effectively to both civilian, veteran, and military audiences.

v Articulate the features and benefits of OrthoSave and iCPM therapies.

v Meet with and sell post-surgical therapies to VHA Orthopedic and Podiatric Surgeons and their support staff.

v Refine the Company’s approach to achieving success in the VHA market as needed given the expansion of knowledge, insight and relationships that come through experience.

v Work alongside VHA Relationship Manager(s) and Sales Service Representatives during the on-boarding, account ramp-up and stabilization period.

v Work cooperatively and effectively with the Company’s Revenue Cycle Manager to on-board, ramp-up and stabilize new account referral and claims processing.

v Deliver and/or coordinate with EVP of Sales and Service for the delivery of NuLife products and services to patients when required during account on-boarding and ramp-up.

v Look for and work with EVP of Sales and Service to add products and or services that when added can increase contribution margin associated with VHA patients.

v Be available for any additional assignments required of you by senior management.

v Clear understanding and adherence to HIPPA rules and regulations.

v Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Requirements

v Documented successful selling experience in our industry

v Experience with the military/veteran community and a deep understanding of service members, veterans, military/veteran healthcare providers and military/veteran healthcare administration.

v Bachelor's degree

v Ability to manage a flexible work schedule

v Able to carry 30+ lbs of equipment

v Exceptional communication skills (ie warm, friendly, outgoing, able to teach others)

v An ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team

v Exceptional / meticulous in handling administrative details, and has proven proficient computer skills.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
