Mold Maker, Tool and Die Maker

As a full-service plastic injection molding company, we deliver high-quality plastic components ranging from single-cavity to high-cavitation molds. Our fully integrated capabilities take projects from concept to completion, transforming ideas sketched on a napkin into finished products through engineering design, rapid prototyping, custom mold fabrication, automated production, personalized secondary operations, packaging, and on-time delivery. This end-to-end approach enables us to consistently exceed customer expectations while building long-term partnerships and fostering exceptional employee longevity.

Requirements and Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as Mold Maker, Tool and Die Maker
Exceptional attitude, accountability and attendance
Maintain an organized, clean & safe tool room
Proficient in manual tool room machinery
Full time in person – Day shift

Beneficial Skills and Qualifications:

Efficiently perform plastic injection mold repair & maintenance
Capable of reviewing or creating part & injection mold drawings
Ability to design & build new injection molds
SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software experience
Mastercam or equivalent CAD/CAM software experience
Experience operating CNC and EDM equipment

Salary and Benefits:

Negotiable salary based on skills, qualifications and experience
Monday - Thursday 10 hour work schedule (3-day weekends)

· Seven 10 hour paid Holidays (often resulting 4-day weekends)
