If you take pride in precision machining, craftsmanship and doing work that lasts…We want to meet You.
Since our founding in Oklahoma, Made in the USA has been more than a slogan—it’s been our philosophy. While others moved manufacturing overseas, we continued investing in American manufacturing, skilled trades and the people who make exceptional products right here at home.
We are a full-service Tooling and Plastic Injection Molding company producing high-quality parts from single-cavity to high-cavitation molds. Our vertically integrated operation takes projects from engineering and design through prototyping, custom mold fabrication, automated production, secondary operations, packaging and on-time delivery.
Our continued success is built on quality, innovation, customer loyalty—and employees who thrive and build long-term careers with us.
The Opportunity
We are looking for experienced Machinist/Tool & Die Maker professionals to join our team and play an important role in maintaining, repairing, improving and building precision custom injection molds.
This is an opportunity to put your machining skills to work across a variety of challenging projects—not simply operate a machine. The ideal candidate is a skilled problem-solver who understands precision, takes ownership of their work and enjoys seeing a project go from concept to finished product.
What You'll Bring:
3+ years of CNC Machinist experience
Proficiency operating manual tool room machinery
Exceptional attitude, accountability and attendance
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to maintain an organized, clean and safe tool room
Pride in craftsmanship, a desire to continually improve and learn
Skills That Will Set You Apart
Experience in any of the following is highly valued:
Plastic injection mold repair and preventative maintenance
Reading, interpreting or creating part and injection mold drawings
Designing and building new injection molds
SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software
Mastercam or equivalent CAD/CAM software
CNC machining and programming
EDM equipment and processes
Troubleshooting and repairing complex injection molds
Education: High School, College, Trade, Business or Correspondence
The more you can do, the more opportunity you’ll have to grow. We value experience, initiative and a willingness to learn just as much as a resume.
