Position DetailsPhone Operator / Data Entry Specialist

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

Direct calls appropriately and take accurate messages

Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail

Maintain patient records and database information

Manage administrative documentation and filing

Office Appointment Scheduler

Responsibilities:

Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently

Manage appointment calendars and handle scheduling conflicts

Communicate appointment details to patients clearly and professionally

Process patient check-ins and check-outs

Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient flow

Qualifications & Requirements

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy

Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
