Position Introduction:

You'll partner with hiring managers, support and mentor recruiters, and help create a positive experience for every candidate. What You'll Do

Lead the day-to-day coordination of recruiting activities to ensure an efficient and positive hiring experience.
Coach, support, and mentor recruiting team members while encouraging collaboration and professional growth.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of positions.
Build strong candidate pipelines using job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
Promote the organization as an employer of choice by delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Monitor recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring processes.
Work closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Training, and other departments to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new employee.
Stay informed on recruiting trends, employment practices, and talent acquisition best practices.

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree.
60 months progressive experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, or related field, including 12 months in talent recruiting and sourcing.
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 108 months of related experience.

Department Preferences:

Experience with Temporary Staffing Agencies
Experience with Excel
Knowledge of heading an in-house search firm
