Do you love all things bridal and have an eye for fashion? We are seeking the perfect candidate to join our dream team. We deal with all things Luxury and expect candidates to understand fit, fabric, and fashion. J.J. Kelly Bridal is fast-paced and high energy so our ideal candidate is a quick learner, fun-loving, and isn’t afraid to be outgoing.

J.J. Kelly Bridal Salon is a team of professionals with various backgrounds who combine their personalities, talents and expertise to make the success of JJK their own success

Luxury Bridal Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES

Independently complete sales transactions and related paperwork with high attention to detail.
Have an intimate knowledge of JJ Kelly Bridal’s designers, gowns and fabrics and be willing to continuously learn and expand that knowledge
Work one on one with brides, maintaining an excellent level of customer service while educating them on JJ Kelly and what makes us different
Work in partnership with store personnel to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Taking time to get to know your clients personally and working to gain their trust in order to provide them with the best experience
Taking initiative and pitching in wherever you can – we’re a caring and friendly team

REQUIREMENTS

Work as part of a team
Proactive, sales driven, and self-motivated
Passionate about fashion, weddings, and enjoy working with women even in challenging scenarios
Able to trouble shoot, and think on their feet to find creative solutions for each and every bride
Attentive to their own personal appearance and style
Able and willing to balance multiple tasks and work both autonomously and as a team
Strong work ethic
Eye for style
Customer Experience
Sales Experience (Not required but is a plus)
5 day work week/ Monday - Saturday (A day off during the week)
Base salary based on experience + Commission
