Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-LevelIntegrated Planning and Scheduling (IP&S) Specialist to join the Mobility, Survallance, & Bombers team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
The candidate must have demonstrated analytical capability and excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with a variety of stakeholders. The candidate must be a proactive self-starter and work well within a team environment.

Position Responsibilities:
Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards
Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives
Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project
Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers
Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion
Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
3+ years of experience developing and maintaining integrated resource-loaded project schedules, including the use of project management tools and software such as MS Project, Milestones, Primavera, Open Plan Professional, etc.
1+ years of experience leading or managing program performance utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience with Estimates at Completion, Data Analysis, and/or Budgeting/Cost Performance Reporting
3+ years of experience in program or project management
1+ years of experience leading or managing multi-disciplinary engineering projects or teams
Prior aerospace project management experience with emphasis on engineering and test programs
Direct experience implementing or supporting Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), including Cost/Schedule integration, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Cost Performance Reports (CPRs)
Experience with contract management and coordination with prime/subcontractor teams, including SOW interpretation and contract change control
Experience with systems engineering processes, including requirements management and verification & validation
Experience with configuration management processes and tools
Demonstrated knowledge of Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
Demonstrated ability to balance technical/cost/schedule constraints to achieve customer satisfaction
