Position Summary
The Marketing Manager will oversee and support all aspects of marketing across multiple restaurant brands. This role will be responsible for coordinating and strategizing marketing initiatives, managing relationships with outside marketing agencies, creating graphic design assets, executing digital campaigns, and supporting brand growth strategies.
This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and creative execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Management & Strategy
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans and growth initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all restaurant concepts and guest touchpoints.
- Collaborate with operations and executive leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to increase guest frequency, customer retention, and overall brand awareness.
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Oversee social media content planning and execution across multiple brands
- Coordinate with outside marketing agencies and content creators to maintain brand standards.
- Manage content calendars and campaign schedules.
- Stay current on social media trends and emerging platforms.
Graphic Design & Creative Development
- Design marketing materials for digital and print use.
- Create graphics for social media, email campaigns, websites, menus, signage, promotions, and events.
- Maintain brand standards and visual consistency.
Digital Marketing
- Support email marketing campaigns, SMS campaigns, and loyalty initiatives.
- Assist with paid advertising campaigns and digital promotions.
- Maintain Google Business Profiles and online brand presence.
- Coordinate website updates and digital content management.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
- Analyze customer engagement, traffic, and sales trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on marketing results.
- Measure return on investment for campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Project & Vendor Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and agency partners.
- Ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
- 1–3 years of professional marketing experience
- Strong proficiency in Graphic Design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience creating marketing collateral and digital content
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Hospitality, restaurant, retail, franchise, or consumer-facing marketing experience
- Experience working with marketing agencies and outside vendors
- Familiarity with CRM, loyalty, email marketing, and SMS marketing platforms
- Basic photography, videography, and video editing experience
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and digital advertising platforms
- Knowledge of SEO and reputation management practices
