Patient Experience Coordinator

Richey Wellness & Aesthetics | Edmond, OK

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Benefits

Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Join Our Team

Richey Wellness & Aesthetics is looking for a polished, energetic, and customer-focused Patient Experience Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our growing practice.

This position is much more than a traditional front desk role. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through every visit. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building relationships with patients.

What You'll Do

Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions
Manage provider schedules and appointment flow
Verify insurance benefits and patient information
Check patients in and out efficiently
Process payments and maintain financial accuracy
Communicate with patients through phone, text, email, and EMR messaging
Maintain an organized and inviting reception area
Coordinate patient paperwork and documentation
Promote monthly specials, skincare products, and wellness services
Work closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience

Qualifications

Previous medical office, medical spa, or customer service experience preferred
EMR experience preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Outstanding customer service and hospitality mindset
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
