Full Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to guests throughout their stay.
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor and maintain hotel standards and policies to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive business growth and increase occupancy rates.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
- Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of revenue management strategies to optimize hotel profitability.
- Familiarity with human resources practices, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software systems.
