Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician (Full-Time or Part-Time) to join our growing team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive mental health and substance use treatment services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, families, and justice-involved individuals. Your expertise will support clients experiencing mental health conditions, substance use disorders, trauma, behavioral challenges, and co-occurring disorders.
You will provide evidence-based interventions, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy services while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, referral sources, and community partners to promote positive outcomes. Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans
- Provide services to clients with mental health and substance use disorders
- Work with court-mandated and justice-involved populations
- Coordinate care with case managers, DHS workers, probation and parole officers, referral sources, and community partners
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Submit required reports and treatment updates as needed
- Complete documentation within 24–48 hours of service delivery
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling based on clinician availability
- Daytime, evening, and weekend opportunities available
- Hybrid telehealth and office-based services
Caseload ExpectationsPart-Time
- Minimum of 15 active clients
Full-Time
- Typically 25–37 active clients, based on clinician availability, productivity, and program needs
Qualifications Required
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field
- Active Oklahoma licensure as an LMSW, LADC-MH, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
- Ability to pass a background check
- Professional liability insurance
- Ability to complete documentation within 24–48 hours of service delivery
Preferred
- Experience working with justice-involved populations
- Experience facilitating group therapy
- Experience treating mental health and/or substance use disorders
- Spanish-speaking clinicians encouraged to apply

Compensation
Compensation is based on licensure level, experience, productivity, and caseload. Full-time clinicians typically maintain 25–37 active clients, with higher earning potential available for clinicians seeking expanded schedules and increased productivity.
