We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Private Chef to deliver exceptional culinary experiences tailored to the unique tastes and preferences of our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase culinary artistry in a private setting, ensuring every meal is crafted with precision, creativity, and the highest standards of food safety. The ideal candidate will bring a vibrant energy to kitchen management, demonstrate leadership in team supervision, and excel in creating memorable dining experiences that reflect fine dining excellence and personalized service.

Duties

Prepare and serve customized, high-quality meals that meet clients’ dietary needs and preferences, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence.
Oversee all aspects of food production, including menu planning, ingredient sourcing, inventory control, and cost management to optimize quality and efficiency.
Manage kitchen operations with a focus on food safety sanitizing procedures, proper food handling, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace aligned with health regulations.
Supervise kitchen staff and catering teams during meal preparation, ensuring smooth shift management and adherence to food service standards.
Coordinate with clients for special events or dietary requests, including banquet functions and private gatherings, delivering seamless service from start to finish.
Maintain detailed records of inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize waste.
Lead by example in fostering a team-oriented environment that emphasizes hospitality, leadership, and continuous improvement in culinary techniques.

Qualifications

Proven experience in fine dining establishments or private household kitchens with a strong background in food preparation and service management.
Expereince with souricng local products and delevering special diet menus.
Demonstrated supervisory experience managing culinary teams within high-pressure environments.
Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures, dietary restrictions, and proper food handling practices.
Strong skills in menu planning, kitchen management, inventory control, and cost control strategies.
Exceptional leadership abilities with the capacity to manage shifts effectively while motivating team members.
Familiarity with restaurant management principles including food industry standards, hospitality practices, and food service experience.
Ability to adapt quickly to client preferences while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
