As an Entry Level Event Assistant, you'll represent our clients at live promotional events, engage with customers, and help create memorable brand experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Event Assistant:

Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional events and campaigns
Welcome attendees and provide information about products, services, and current promotions
Build positive relationships with customers through friendly and professional interactions
Answer customer questions and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs
Maintain an organized and inviting event space while ensuring company standards are met
Work closely with teammates and leadership to deliver exceptional event experiences
Accurately communicate client messaging and promotional offers

Qualifications of the Entry Level Event Assistant:

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities with the capability to multitask
Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a team environment
Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
Flexible schedule with availability to work events as needed
