Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing practice. In this role, you will support various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and effective employee relations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a commitment to confidentiality, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace environment.

Duties

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain employee records and ensure data entry is accurate in HR systems and payroll systems.
Support payroll processing and address any discrepancies related to employee compensation.
Manage workers' compensation claims and assist employees with related inquiries.
Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company culture.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an HR support role or similar position is preferred.
Familiarity with MS Office particularly Excel and Payroll functions.
Strong Quantitative skills
Organization skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate employee records.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
