About the Role
We're looking for a warm, quick-learning Front Office Team Member to join our administrative team. This is a people-first role: you'll be the friendly voice on the phone and the welcoming face at the desk, while learning the systems that keep our practice running smoothly. No dental experience is required. If you're great with people and fast to learn, we will teach you the rest. Your responsibilities will grow over time and may rotate across the full range of front office work.

What You'll Do (you'll learn any of these you don't already know)

Greet patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out.
Answer phones professionally, handle inquiries, and schedule appointments.
Manage patient communication across calls, texts, emails, and voicemails.
Help patients understand their financial estimates and set up payment arrangements.
Cross-train to support insurance verification and claims as part of a rotating set of front office duties. (We use modern tools and will train you fully; prior insurance experience is a plus, not a must.)
Provide outstanding service to patients, referring offices, and insurance representatives.
Keep the front office organized and pitch in on general administrative tasks.
Collaborate closely with our clinical and administrative team to keep the day running smoothly.

Nice to Have (but truly optional)

Previous experience in a dental or specialty office.
Experience verifying dental insurance benefits or working with practice management software.
Above all: a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the team.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly wage starting at $25 per hour (higher commensurate with experience)

Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
