Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our growing team at our North Brunswick location. The qualified candidate must be a motivated and compassionate individual who possess a passion for ABA and a strong desire to empower children and families. Candidates must exhibit professionalism and experience in parent and staff training. Candidates must display the ability to build rapport with children and families.

This role is responsible for establishing and implementing clinically sound ABA policies and procedures. Providing oversight, support and supervision of the treatment team.

Qualifications

Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Applied Behavior Analysis
Two years supervisory experience
Applicants must have an active BCBA certificate
Criminal record clearance
Child Abuse Record Information clearance
Must have a valid Driver's License and maintain a clean driving record.
Must be able to provide Liability Insurance coverage
Must pass health screenings, obtain vaccinations and clear TB testing based on company policies.
Ability to obtain and maintain a CPR certificate
Ability to obtain and maintain a National Provider Identifier (NPI).
Must attend any required training.

Clinical Manager Requirements

Ability to lead a team of BCBAs and R/BTs in achieving a high degree of clinical competence and oversee
Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
Ability to make procedural decisions and judgments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to guide and mentor newly certified BCBAs as well as those with less than 5 years of experience
Ability to seek and implement training based on clinical evaluation outcomes
Ability to interact with clients and staff in a team environment
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail
Strong Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and clinical skills.
Clinical experience with ABA in-home, community, and school programs.
Knowledge of clinic-based ABA services and social skills services.
Excellent written and spoken communication to effectively communicate with clinicians, clients, family members and agency’s staff.
Superior skills in organization, time management, analytics, and observation.
Strong leadership skills

Clinical Manager Responsibilities

Social Skills and In-home ABA program planning, implementation, and supervision
Implementation of effective operational/administrative policies and procedures
Directly responsible for overseeing and managing clinical treatment including documentation, compliance and operational flow of clinical services.
Ensures agency compliance with funders, regulatory, and BACB guidelines.
Develop employee training programs targeting clinical quality measures including clinical assessments, treatment planning, program planning and goal identification
Ensure parent and family involvement that aligns with current research and standards
Evaluate individual client treatment plans to ensure relevant clinical recommendations are targeted and provide ongoing feedback
Attend collaborative meetings with local agencies to discuss progress in therapy, treatment plans, and strategies to implement across settings for generalization
Provide clinical supervision and work direction to treatment teams that include skills enhancement, clinical consultation, and professional development
Carry out clinical responsibilities and adjust staffing of treatment teams as necessary to effectively provide interventions to meet the full extent of services authorized and support families
Reviews BCBAs assessments, notes, behavior support plan, etc. in order to provide feedback
Create trainings for staff and agency,
Conduct quality assurance and assist with creating department metrics and report measurable outcomes
Attends professional conferences, trainings, as appropriate and/or required to maintain certification
Adhere to implementation of policies and procedures
Ensures that the modules to treatment are evidence based
Review BCBAs billable hours to ensure codes are being used appropriately
Ensure that clinical services are provided as specified in the client’s treatment plan
Participates in the identification of quality care indicators and outcome objectives and the collection and review of data to monitor clinical staff and program performance
Consistent good judgment and decision-making skills
Ability to develop effective working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization
Sensitive to working with an ethnically, linguistically, culturally and economically diverse population
Commitment to ongoing training and development as it relates to clinical skills

BCBA Requirements

Job Duties:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
Carry a caseload of 20 hours billable
Develop and implement parent training and support programs
Provide field and/or virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians
Provide support and mentorship for Behavior Technicians
Develop, manage, and oversee Progress Reports and Treatment Plans
Provide training and support to RBTs and BCaBA's
Supervise ongoing ABA programs
Manage the clients and therapists on assigned case
Manage Data Collection, develop treatment plans and Behavior Intervention plans for families.
Initial and/or continuing in-home and in-center client (re)assessments with a VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLLS, Vineland, etc.
