Pay: $4 to $5 per hour plus tips (average $20 to $25 per hour)

You are walking the grounds checking in with guests supporting events and keeping the energy high across every corner of the park. You care about details work with a sense of purpose and know how to stay calm in the middle of a busy shift.
Overview
The Ranger Bar Crew is a mobile guest-facing role that combines beverage service ground support and merchandise handling across multiple service points. You will rotate between The Watershed’s waterfront beverage station pump track snack bar and warehouse bar which includes merchandise while also walking the park grounds to ensure cleanliness ID checks and an outstanding guest experience.
This role is built for someone who is outgoing reliable physically active and comfortable working in a fast-paced semi-outdoor environment.
Compensation
- Hourly Wage: $4 to $5 per hour base plus pooled tips

Key Responsibilities
Beverage and Snack Service
- Operate mobile and fixed bar stations including the waterfront pump track and warehouse locations
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards
- Ring up orders accurately using the POS system
- Stock clean and maintain all service areas throughout the day
- Follow all alcohol service protocols and check IDs
Guest Experience and Grounds Support
- Walk the park and engage guests in a friendly professional manner
- Check IDs for alcohol compliance and monitor guest conduct respectfully
- Keep all public areas clean and clear including seating areas trash stations and snack bar zones
- Provide basic information about trails rentals and services
- Support park events and special activations as needed
Merchandise and Retail
- Assist with merchandise sales and product knowledge at the warehouse bar
- Restock displays and maintain visual presentation
- Help guests with sizing questions and purchases
- Report low inventory and product requests to the manager
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- Prior hospitality or beverage experience preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods
- Available weekends holidays and event days
- ABC certification preferred or must be obtained before start date
