What You'll Be Doing
As a Graduate Recruitment Resourcer, you'll receive full training while learning every stage of the recruitment process. This role provides the foundation to become a successful 360 Recruitment Consultant.

Your responsibilities will include:

Sourcing high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and networking.
Writing engaging job adverts and building talent pools across specialist recruitment markets.
Conducting candidate screening calls to understand skills, experience and career aspirations.
Matching candidates with suitable job opportunities and managing the recruitment process through to placement.
Learning business development by identifying prospective clients and supporting experienced consultants with client acquisition.
Building lasting relationships with candidates and clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Negotiating offers and developing strong commercial awareness.
Managing your own recruitment projects while receiving ongoing coaching from experienced recruitment professionals.
