Job description

We are looking for a competent HR/Administrative Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily operations of the center. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Responsibilities

Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize proceduresSort and distribute communications in a timely mannerReview client notes and ensure they are submitted on a timely basisCreate and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of informationUpdates time sheets for missed punches, monitors attendance, PTO, etcNew hire orientation, badges, serve as liaison with HRMonitor level of supplies, handle shortages, orders when necessary and neatly put away suppliesResolve office-related malfunctions, printers, and respond to requests or issuesCoordinate and assist other staff with any clerical needs they may haveMaintain trusting relationships with employees, vendors, clients, and parentPerform receptionist duties, answer front doors, assist with drop off and pick up

Skills

Proven experience as an office assistant, receptionist or in another relevant administrative roleWorking knowledge of office equipment (phones, computers, printers, fax, scan)Thorough understanding of office management proceduresExcellent organizational and time management skillsAnalytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solvingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCustomer service oriented, assist when neededProficiency in MS Office, Google Suite
