Full Job Description

Job purpose

The mission of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation is to honor the sacrifice of firefighter Stephen Siller who laid down his life to save others on September 11, 2001. We also honor our military and first responders who continue to make the supreme sacrifice of life and limb for our country. The Tunnel to Towers Foundation is committed to eradicating homelessness amongst our veterans.

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of our community's Amenity Center. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to residents and guests while supporting the daily operations of the Amenity Center. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and enjoys creating a positive experience for everyone who visits.

Duties and responsibilities

· Greet residents and guests in a warm and professional manner.

· Monitor access to the Amenity Center and ensure community policies are followed.

· Assist residents with amenity reservations, inquiries, and general information.

· Answer phone calls, emails, and resident questions promptly and courteously.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and common areas.

· Assist with event setup as needed.

· Track inventory for the office and amenity center supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.

· Complete administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and prepare incident reports as required.

Qualifications

· Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Detail-oriented.

· Ability to multitask multiple projects.

· Previous customer service, hospitality, concierge, or front desk experience preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office/ Google Suite (or equivalent).

· Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

· Pre-employment screening, including a background check, is required.

Working conditions

Special working conditions may include: a change in days worked, shift hours, and/or working conditions (outdoors or other locations) when participating and assisting in special events needed.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
