Full Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Generalist

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, meticulous, and versatile Marketing Generalist to balance daily pricing data updates with dynamic marketing operations. This role is truly "hands-on yet organized", requiring exceptional attention to detail to ensure 100% accurate data updates across various platforms, alongside the flexibility to coordinate trade show logistics, manage promotional inventory, and draft engaging product launch materials. You will be the central coordinator keeping both our back-end data and front-facing marketing operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing & Data Management (Excel Mastery & High Attention to Detail)

Advanced Data Management: Utilize advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation, complex formulas) to efficiently manage, clean, and organize massive product and pricing datasets.
Multi-Platform Pricing Updates: Execute accurate and timely price sheet updates in Excel and cross-reference/input pricing terms into the SAP system without errors.
Data Organization & Specification Maintenance: Maintain, update, and audit product specification data sheets, ensuring 100% accuracy in technical details.
Product & Market Mastery: Rapidly learn and master the company’s extensive portfolio, including tire brands, product lines, technical specs, country of origin, and manufacturer data.
Customer & Brand Mapping: Analyze and map out which tire brands and lines are associated with specific customer segments and distribution channels.

Marketing Operations & Inventory Control

Gift & Promotional Giveaway Management: Source, order, and distribute corporate gifts, event supplies, and branded merchandise; track allocation and coordinate distribution to support sales and trade show needs.
Marketing Storage & Inventory Control: Maintain an organized, clean, and properly labeled marketing room (which includes occasionally moving or carrying up to 50 lbs. of materials). Keep a precise digital inventory to monitor stock levels of printed collateral and promotional assets, coordinating timely replenishment before critical deadlines.

Event Support & Coordination

Sample & Supply Coordination: Act as the bridge between sales and the warehouse. Handle requests for product samples, marketing supplies, and event materials (banners, signage, etc.) by arranging warehouse prep, providing shipping labels, and tracking delivery. Ensure reusable items are logged and returned after use.

Content & General Support

Product Launch & Press Releases: Draft and polish simple, clear press releases, product updates, and quotes for new launches, turning technical specs into easy-to-read marketing copy.
Email Marketing & Updates: Prepare and send periodic marketing emails and newsletters to customers or subscribers, sharing the latest product news, updates, and important announcements.
Meeting Preparation & Coordination: Support meetings and sales trips by preparing all physical and digital materials. Setting up the welcome screens or presentation slides for meetings.
Ad-hoc General Support: Assist the team with routine, flexible marketing tasks and ad-hoc duties as needed.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience preferred, but exceptional fresh graduates with elite Excel skills will be considered.
Technical Skills:
Expert/Advanced level in Microsoft Excel is non-negotiable. Must be comfortable handling large formulas and auditing data for errors.
Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise ERP systems is highly preferred.
Proficiency in CRM or inventory tracking tools is a plus.

o Organized & Adaptable: Able to manage routine tasks independently, keeping both physical items and digital files in good order.
