Responsibilities

Enter and update data into spreadsheets, databases, and productivity software with precision and speed
Manage filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of documents
Handle multi-line phone systems to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
Assist with office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and document proofreading
Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email, addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, managing visitor logs, and maintaining a welcoming environment
Utilize software tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and QuickBooks for data processing and record keeping

Skills

Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, and productivity software
