Insurance Sales Representative

Romaro Miller State Farm – Olive Branch, MS

Are you a competitive, goal-oriented person who enjoys helping others and getting rewarded for your hard work? If so, we want to meet you.

Romaro Miller State Farm is a growing agency serving customers throughout Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, Louisiana, and Arkansas. We are looking for an energetic Insurance Sales Representative who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping customers protect what matters most.

This is a sales-focused position with a base salary, commission, bonus opportunities, and the ability to grow your income based on your performance.

Responsibilities

Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Health, and Business insurance products
Build relationships with new and existing customers
Follow up on leads, referrals, and marketing campaigns
Conduct insurance reviews and recommend appropriate coverage
Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Positive attitude and competitive mindset
Self-motivated and coachable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Sales experience preferred, but not required
Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain one
