Full Job Description

Medical Assistant/X-Ray Technician/Lab Technician

Innovare Health Advocates is a national model for Value Based Care. Our clinicians see just 8-12 patients per day, allowing our care teams the time to be thorough, deliberate, and focused on delivering exceptional patient care.

We are actively interviewing for an exceptional X-Ray Technician / Lab Technician to join our one-of-a-kind practice.

This is more than a traditional technician role. You'll be an integral member of a collaborative care team, helping patients achieve and maintain their best health through personalized, innovative care.

What You'll Do

· Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures and laboratory testing

· Obtain blood specimens through venipuncture and finger sticks

· Assist clinicians with patient care, procedures, and examinations

· Educate and communicate with patients regarding testing and results

· Maintain accurate documentation within our EMR system

· Ensure quality, safety, and compliance in all imaging and laboratory procedures

· Collaborate with clinicians and fellow care team members to deliver outstanding patient experiences

Desirable Skills

· X-Ray certification and experience

· Phlebotomy and laboratory testing experience

· Strong clinical judgment

· Patient education and communication

· Attention to detail

· Excellent organizational skills

· EMR experience

· Team-oriented mindset

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment

Qualifications

· Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology, Medical Assistant, or Phlebotomy program

· Current applicable certification/licensure

· 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred

· Commitment to exceptional patient care
