JOB SUMMARY:

Capital Recovery Center is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly organized Community Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Olympia Bupe Clinic and Outreach & Housing Program ensuring quality service delivery, maintaining program compliance, and supporting a collaborative and positive work environment.

The ideal candidate is an experienced supervisor with a strong background working with individuals experiencing mental health disorders, substance use disorders, homelessness, and other complex behavioral health needs. This individual will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills while promoting a culture of accountability, compassion, and recovery.

Essential Job Functions:Leadership & Supervision

● Provide direct supervision to approximately nine employees across two programs.

● Conduct regular supervision meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.

● Support staff professional development through mentoring, training, and ongoing feedback.

● Address employee concerns, interpersonal conflicts, and performance issues in a timely and professional manner.

● Assist with recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention of staff.

Program Operations

● Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Olympia Bupe Clinic and Outreach & Housing Program.

● Ensure programs operate efficiently while maintaining high standards of participant care.

● Monitor staffing schedules and approve leave requests to maintain adequate program coverage.

● Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve workflow and service delivery.

● Collaborate with the Executive Director on strategic planning and program development.

● Other duties as assigned.

Participant Services

● Promote a participant-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented approach to care.

● Support staff in addressing complex participant situations and service coordination.

● Assist with crisis intervention when necessary.

● Foster collaboration with community providers and partner agencies.

Administrative Responsibilities

● Monitor program productivity and performance indicators.

● Prepare reports as requested.

● Participate in leadership meetings and organizational planning.

● Support grant and contract requirements related to assigned programs.

● Ensure appropriate communication between programs and leadership.

Minimum QualificationsRequired

● Demonstrated supervisory or management experience of at least 3 years

● Experience working with individuals experiencing substance use disorders, mental illness, homelessness, or co-occurring disorders.

● Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities.

● Knowledge of trauma-informed care, harm reduction principles, and recovery-oriented services.

● Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health records.

● Valid Washington State driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Preferred

● Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

● Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.

● Experience with medication-assisted treatment (MAT/MOUD), outreach services, or housing programs.

Working Conditions

● Office and community-based work environment.

● Occasional local travel between program locations and community partners.

● Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
