Responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise fence installation
- Prepare work sites by handling building materials, setting up tools, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Install various types of fences using hand tools, power tools, welding equipments as needed
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for fence construction projects, including concrete forming and finishing
- Handle construction materials safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards and quality expectations
- Assist with landscape maintenance, hardscape installation, and other outdoor construction tasks when necessary
Qualifications
- Prior experience in all fencing construction
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and masonry techniques
- Experience with fence installation projects or outdoor construction is a plus
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, outdoor work, and manual labor in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction site work and power tool operation
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with a customer service mindset when interacting with clients or project stakeholders
- Welding Experience
- Experience operating skid steer with mower deck, mini excavator and other equipment.
- Rate of pay dependent on qualifications

Pay: $25.00 - $57.66 per hour
