Full Job Description

WE ARE A REAL ESTATE AND BUSINESS LAW FIRM IN TACOMA. We provide a wide range of legal services including transactional, escrow, title and a full litigation practice.

WE SEEK AN EXPERIENCED PARA-LEGAL TO ASSIST US IN BOTH LITIGATION AND TRANSACTION WORK. Our firm is divided into practice groups and this person will be one of our "point persons" for all in our practice having a thorough background and understanding of mainly state court rules and procedures. Having some background in some of the substantive areas we practice are helpful, but that information can be gleamed over time. Real estate background is helpful, but not required.

OURS IS A PRETTY LAID BACK WORK ENVIRONMENT. We all have our deadlines. We zealously defend our clients' rights, but we are not a cold and cruel place to work. Far be it!!! Our staff have long tenures with us and we are hiring this job with the focus that it be a "career position' and the person will be with us until they choose to retire many years from now.
