Busy, fun, independent Optometric practice in University Place and Puyallup, WA looking to hire a part time master aesthetician leading to a full time position. At Noble Eyes & Vision Center - Rejuvenate Medspa. We've been a leader in Ocular Surface Disease and have now entered into aesthetics. We're looking for an amazing aesthetician to join our team! We provide a high quality client experience coupled with an exceptional level of personalized service, care and attention.
REQUIREMENTS
- WA State Master Esthetician License
- Currently we offer procedures on Mondays and Fridays but expansion into other days of the week is an option.
- Always punctual and respectful of our team + clients time. We are a small team and each team member plays an important role!
PREFERRED
- 2 years experience in a spa or clinic setting performing procedures
- Strong rebooking percentage and retail to service percentage
- Knowledge of brands
- Experience with HydraFacial, Microneedling, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels, IPL, Radiofrequency, LLLT
- Warm, friendly, calm and confident demeanor with an engaging personality
- Organized, detail oriented with strong time management skills
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
- Responsible, reliable and dedicated team player
- Quick to learn new information and takes direction well
- Motivated and driven by a goal-oriented work environment
- Has a strong knowledge of skin types, conditions and skincare ingredients
- Desire for continuous learning and professional growth
Among other things, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform customized facials and skin treatments based on established protocols with skill and precision
- Provide a thorough in-depth consultation + skin analysis
- Utilize all materials provided including scripts
- Recommend unique treatment plans for clients to reach their goals
- Provide and educate each client with a well rounded home care routine to reach their goals
- Perform prep work, prepare treatment rooms, and closing duties
- Deliver an exceptional, attentive, personalized experience and service to all guests at every given opportunity
- Learn and become an expert in all of the beauty and wellness brands we carry
- Maintain an impeccably clean work environment
- Attend staff meetings
