Your Role

As our Front Desk Associate, you are the first smile patients see and often the last person they interact with before leaving.

You'll help create an atmosphere where every person feels welcomed, valued, encouraged, and excited to return.

Your responsibilities include:

Greeting every patient with warmth and enthusiasm
Creating meaningful connections with patients and families
Managing appointments and maintaining an efficient schedule
Assisting with patient check-in and check-out
Answering phones with professionalism and energy
Supporting the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Keeping the office organized, clean, and running smoothly
Helping educate patients about our office procedures and care recommendations

This is an active, front-facing role. You'll spend most of your day interacting with people, moving throughout the office, and contributing to a positive team environment.
