Assistant Commercial Property Manager

Noddle Companies is a customer‑driven real estate developer known for delivering full-service expertise – from market analysis and site selection to construction management, property management, and long-term asset strategy. Our work is rooted in strengthening communities and creating lasting value for clients and tenants.

We are adding a new role, an Assistant Commercial Property Manager, to provide assistance at a multi-use, high-visibility portfolio of commercial properties to ensure operational excellence, financial performance, and tenant service and satisfaction.

Position Summary

The Assistant Commercial Property Manager is responsible for supporting the Senior Property Manager with daily operations with tenants, vendors, and other business of assigned commercial properties. This role ensures properties are being maintained to the highest standards, operating within approved budgets, and delivering outstanding tenant experience while maximizing asset value.

What Does this Role Do?

Assist Property Manager with daily operations of assigned properties ensuring all buildings and tenant spaces are well-maintained and operating efficiently.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants to ensure service excellence by answering questions, responding to inquiries and concerns, or providing status updates.
Prepare documentation for budgets, reconciliations, and financial reports.
Support Senior Property Manager with lease administration, vendor contracts, maintenance work, and janitorial services.
Follow up on work orders to ensure timely completion.
Complete documentation and assist tenants move‑ins and move‑outs, including preparation of space, coordination of inspections, and overseeing maintenance work.
Process invoices as directed to ensure accurate cost center coding and timely payments.
Complete follow up on property inspections and preventive maintenance items to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

What Is Required for this Role?

Two years of property management experience; preferably in commercial office or retail settings.
Knowledge of lease agreements and property management software (e.g., Yardi).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, property management, or related field (preferred).
Strong understanding of commercial real estate trends, market dynamics, and property management best practices. (preferred)
