Overview

Customer Success Guide (Project & Account Coordinator)

Decker Sports | Omaha, NE (On-Site)

Help Build Championship Programs.

At Decker Sports, we're more than a custom athletic apparel company—we help schools, teams, and organizations build their identity through premium uniforms, fanwear, and online team stores.

We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Customer Success Guide (CSG) to partner with our Sales Team and guide customers from the initial quote through production and delivery. If you love building relationships, coordinating moving parts, and making sure every project crosses the finish line, we'd love to meet you.

This isn't a traditional customer service position. You'll work alongside our Sales Representatives, Design Team, Production, and Operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience while managing multiple projects from start to finish.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Success Guide, you'll become an essential part of the customer journey by:

Partnering with Sales Representatives throughout the sales and order process.
Preparing preliminary quotes and quote revisions.
Coordinating artwork, mockups, customer approvals, and production files.
Building and launching online Team Stores and Pro Shops.
Collecting logos, rosters, purchase orders, and production information.
Providing proactive updates on timelines, production, shipping, and delivery.
Managing projects from initial quote through final delivery.
Working closely with Design, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, and Accounting to keep projects moving.
Helping resolve artwork changes, order revisions, and customer concerns while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys juggling multiple projects while keeping customers informed every step of the way.

Our ideal candidate has:

2+ years of customer success, account management, project coordination, sales support, or related experience.
Outstanding organization and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative, team-first mindset.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with CRM, ERP, or project management software (Odoo experience is a plus).
