Front Desk Medical Receptionist – UroHealth Partners
Monday–Friday |
No weekends | Paid holidays off

Do you love connecting with people and making a positive impact in their day? If so, UroHealth Partners is looking for someone like you! We're currently hiring a Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our practice.

About the Role:

In this dynamic, patient-facing position, you’ll be responsible for greeting patients warmly, checking them in, updating demographic and insurance information, scheduling visits and procedures, and collecting copays.

What We're Looking For:

General Qualifications:

Friendly and people-oriented
Strong communication skills
Comfortable with medical software and technology
Adaptable to changing roles based on patient or practice needs
Team player who works well with others to ensure front desk tasks are completed

Specific Duties Include:

Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
Enter and update patient information and insurance in the EHR system
Ensure completion of required patient forms and documentation
Coordinate and prepare charts/documents for upcoming clinics
Understand and apply payer information accurately into the EHR
Schedule diagnostic procedures and follow-up appointments
Register patients for the patient portal
Collect copayments at the time of visit
Assist with other duties as assigned by leadership
Maintain professionalism and cooperation in all duties
Other Duties as Assigned

Required Competencies:

Minimum 1 year of medical office experience
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

Preferred Competencies:

Previous experience in a Urology medical office
