We are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse to join a highly private, personalized care environment supporting a client across multiple residences. This is a unique opportunity for a polished, experienced nurse who values excellence in patient care and is equally comfortable in a private estate, while traveling, or within a sophisticated social environment.

Assignments are typically 2–3 weeks at a time, with travel between Nebraska and other private residences as required. Travel and living accommodations are provided.

This position is ideal for a nurse who is professional, highly organized, socially intuitive, discreet, and genuinely enjoys travel and new experiences.

The Role

The successful candidate will provide attentive, individualized nursing care within a private home setting while accompanying the client during domestic travel as needed.

Responsibilities may include:

Providing exceptional in-home nursing and personal care.
Accompanying the client during travel between residences.
Maintaining continuity of care across multiple locations.
Managing medications, appointments, schedules, and care-related details as appropriate.
Anticipating needs and proactively addressing concerns.
Maintaining a calm, polished, and professional presence in all environments.
Navigating private social and professional settings with confidence and excellent judgment.
Maintaining impeccable discretion regarding the client, family, residences, schedules, travel, and personal affairs.
Collaborating appropriately with physicians, caregivers, household staff, and other professionals.
Must be able to make independent clinical decisions.
Adapting seamlessly to changing locations, schedules, and circumstances.
Must be comfortable with large dogs and follow training procedures for them.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is more than clinically capable. The ideal candidate is exceptionally trustworthy, emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and socially aware.

You should be:

A licensed RN in good standing.
Experienced and confident in private-duty, home health, or comparable individualized care.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Warm, personable, and outgoing while maintaining excellent professional boundaries.
Socially perceptive and comfortable interacting with a variety of people and environments.
Independent, resourceful, and capable of exercising sound judgment.
Comfortable with extended travel and 2–3 week assignments.
Comfortable working within a private residence and respecting the rhythms and expectations of a private household.
Discreet and deeply respectful of confidentiality.
Someone who takes pride in presentation, professionalism, reliability, and exceptional service.
Someone who genuinely enjoys travel, adventure, and providing outstanding care in unique environments.

Privacy & Vetting

This is a high-trust, highly confidential position. Candidates selected for consideration should expect an extensive vetting process designed to protect the privacy and security of the client and household.

Required screening includes:

Comprehensive background investigation.
Professional credential and employment verification.
Multiple professional references.
Successful completion of a required drug screening.
Execution of a comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and confidentiality obligations.
Additional screening and verification as required.

Travel & Accommodations

2–3 week assignments
Travel between Nebraska and other residences as needed.
Travel expenses and accommodations provided.
Assignments may involve domestic/international travel and extended stays away from the nurse's primary residence.
Flexibility regarding travel schedules and changing environments is essential.
