We're looking for a Marketing & Content Lead who can help tell that story, grow our audience, generate leads, and build a powerful digital presence across multiple platforms.

This is a foundational role with significant ownership and the opportunity to help shape how SunCo presents itself to customers, employees, partners, and the industry.

What You'll DoContent Creation & Management

Create, organize, and manage photo and video content across multiple platforms
Capture and showcase SunCo's innovative work, technology, robotic mowing systems, and team culture
Edit videos and create engaging content for social media, sales, recruiting, and brand awareness initiatives
Develop systems for organizing and maintaining SunCo's growing content library
Work with field teams to gather authentic content from job sites, robotic deployments, and company events

AI & Marketing Technology

Utilize AI tools, including Claude and similar platforms, to improve content creation, marketing workflows, and efficiency
Stay current on emerging AI tools and identify opportunities to improve marketing performance
Help position SunCo as an innovative, technology-focused company
Assist in developing repeatable content creation and management processes using AI-powered tools

Social Media & Audience Growth

Manage and grow SunCo's presence across social media platforms
Develop strategies to increase audience engagement, followers, and brand visibility
Understand how to maximize reach through tagging, linking, collaborations, and platform best practices
Monitor trends and identify opportunities to expand brand awareness
Create content that generates engagement while supporting business growth

Marketing Support & Lead Generation

Generate and manage qualified leads for residential and commercial services
Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
Work directly with leadership to align content and marketing efforts with company growth goals
Help communicate SunCo's unique value proposition as a technology-forward landscaping company

What We're Looking ForRequired Skills & Experience

Experience managing business social media accounts and growing audience engagement
Strong video editing and content creation experience
Experience organizing and managing large content libraries, including photos and videos
Familiarity with AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, tagging strategies, audience growth, and engagement tactics
Strong written and visual communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Comfortable learning and adapting to new technology

Preferred Experience

Experience with Claude AI workflows and content creation
Photography and videography experience
Experience with content planning and brand development
Experience in service-based businesses, trades, landscaping, construction, or home services
