Your manager is an excellent coach and has taught this nuanced and complex business to 10+ recent college graduates and early-career professionals over the past five years. What we’ll be looking for in this hire:

Finance, Accounting, Math, or Business Analytics degrees typically translate well to this department. They are a statistics-heavy team that understands the “why” behind the numbers.
A GPA you are proud to put on your resume.
Internship or work experience throughout college - it shows you are able to juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining strong academic performance.
At least 2–5 years of professional experience post-graduation where you’ve either been promoted in your current role or taken on additional responsibilities.
The ability to provide examples of process improvements you’ve implemented in your current role. You’re known for leaving things better than you found them.
Experience mentoring or coaching interns or others on your team.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, as you’ll be interacting with executives and key external stakeholders.
